Things were getting more and more diluted, instead of getting stronger and more potent.

There’s a prioritization of usability over self sovereignty that was a real concern at the time, and it seems to be getting worse instead of better.

I see the opportunity to pay smart people enough to make sure that the bills are paid and that they can spend their time geeking out on what drives them, not on what’s going to get a million users to sign up.

The most important stuff to figure out is related to how we organize, is related to how we share resources, and is related to how we make decisions.

I’m looking at those problems we need to solve and know that that work is not going to be easy, and that’s motivating for me.

I hope that we can figure out how to use these tools for good and that the technology can actually add value to our lives, instead of just funneling money to FAANG companies

People staring at their phones all the time is going to be looked at as one of the lowest points in human history.

Our devices are divisive, because everyone lives in their own little world now and all the algorithms have been created to exacerbate that.

We’re all on this planet together, and so figuring out ways to bring us closer and encouraging that has to be the result of innovation. That’s how we disrupt the current status quo.
